Tabitha Prado Richardson (she/her) is a researcher, writer and astrologer currently living on unceded Tharawal land. Her father’s family originates from the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua. Her research interests include Black culture, emotion and affect, music, play, and experiential therapies.

She has written for Voiceworks and West Space Offsite, and her essay ‘Who Needs Astrology’ for The Lifted Brow won the Stack Award for Best Non-Fiction in 2019. She published a monthly astrological forecast column for InStyle Australia from 2022 to 2025. Tabitha was also a facilitator for Feminist Killjoys Reading Group from 2019 to 2020, including an event for the Biennale of Sydney 2020.
